Telehealth Consent
Men's Wellness Centers provides in-person, physician-led care at three Virginia locations. All evaluations, lab draws, and treatment initiation occur at one of our centers following a face-to-face visit with a licensed provider.
Following your in-person evaluation, follow-up communication about your treatment plan - including medical weight loss, testosterone therapy, or other ongoing care - may occur by phone or secure messaging. This allows your provider to monitor your progress, address questions, and adjust your protocol between in-person visits.
Your Right to Revoke Consent
Members may revoke consent to follow-up communication at any time by contacting Men's Wellness Centers using the information below.
